S6 CERTIFIED
23. Oct. 2008 We are very pleased to announce: From the EASA we received the document of certification for the STEMME S6, issued on 22nd of October 2008! We now have a green light for first deliveries and are able to ramp up the serial production.

For more than 15 years STEMME has designed, built and sold high-end motorgliders. Our flagship the S10-VT has successfully established its market position. It is THE motor glider par excellence. Like no other, it combines the performance of an open class glider with the comfort and speed of a single engine sports plane. The S10 has won a number of world records in competition gliding. STEMME aircraft are certified in ten of the most important aviation countries.

On the basis of the technological and managerial know-how of the S10-VT, the company is involved in a new technological development in the sports aircraft industry. In the future STEMME will produce aircraft for different applications and performance requirements based on the TSA (Two-Seat-Aircraft) platform. The TSA platform concept allows us to build a number of distinctly different aircraft such as the S2 side-by-side sailplane, the S6 training and towing motor glider and the S8 comfort motor glider based on a limited number of standard production modules.
